With nearly 43,000 restaurants in 130 countries and territories, our business is diverse and complex. More than 75 percent of our restaurants are owned by franchisees or licensees. Our system is multifaceted and we cannot oversee employee practices in every restaurant, that’s why we encourage our franchisees and licensees to implement and manage best practices for their employees.
